• Prices are fixed and not negotiable. Prices stated are not inclusive postage charges.
• Availability is on a first come first serve basis, however if you wish to purchase items that are already sold out, just drop us a message and we'll try our best to help you.
• No refund is acceptable for cancellation of order after payment have been made unless item(s) are out-of-stock. You can cancel your order only before payment has been made. So please take your time making up your choices - of course before someone else does so! ;)
• We can reserve your items for a maximum of 36 hours after our order confirmation email was sent out, and you can pay within anytime within the interim period, however if the payment for the selected items was not made within that period, we're afraid we would then have release it to the next person waiting in line as this would be fair for everyone. :)
• Please take note that items are not exchangeable or refundable. We will not hold the responsibility of any damages or lost during delivery. However, The Runway will ensure the quality of the item(s) before courier.
